Who we are

A family ready to go

We are Henri & Roelofke, and together with our five children, we are learning to live with open hands and open hearts.

We go where He sends us. We stand where He asks us to stand. We build where there is something to build. We pioneer where there is something new to birth. And wherever we go, we want to leave people more encouraged, more equipped and more aware of His presence.

For years, we have been preparing for this kind of life… a life with room to move, room to listen and room to follow. We have intentionally built flexibility into the way we live and work, always carrying a deep desire “to be free to go and stand wherever the Holy Spirit sends us.”

For 4.5 years, Sweden has been our home. There, God invited us into a local church and gave us a place to serve among young people. What began as steps of simple obedience grew into something we could never have planned ourselves.

Within the quietness of Sweden… Creationplace was born. Business in One Day was born. Around 400 entrepreneurs and ministry founders have, in some shape or form, become part of the CreationPlace & Business in One Day community. Each week, people were encouraged through prayer and prophetic words. And somewhere in the middle of it all, Roelofke’s ministry of prophetic name sessions, “Called by Name”, was born too.

And then, slowly, the season in Sweden began to come to an end. The transition did not happen all at once. Doors began to close, circumstances changed, and little by little, we began to recognize that our season there was coming to a close. So, in February 2026, we returned to the Netherlands. Not because we had everything figured out. Not because we had a house waiting for us. But because sometimes faith looks like stepping into the next chapter before you can see what comes next.

Now, as a family, we move between places. Sometimes for a few months, sometimes for a little while. And we have discovered that we love this way of life… a way of life we have secretly, and not so secretly, desired for years: having the freedom to go, to stand, to listen and to respond when He leads.

This new season has already taken us through a deliverance school and a prophetic school, where we ourselves have been equipped and prepared. And this September, October and November, we will help with and take part in a leadership school for young leaders in Germany.

Much of what we do is given freely. So we live by the generosity of people who are blessed by what we do, who believe in what God is doing through our family, and who choose to stand with us. Alongside the ministry, Henri helps entrepreneurs “turn prophecy into practice”… building ideas into businesses through coaching, websites, online systems and AI.

And our five children are not watching the adventure from the sidelines. They are living it with us, learning, growing and discovering God’s faithfulness along the way.

We don’t know every place the road will take us. We don’t need to. We simply want to stay ready. Ready to go. Ready to stand. Ready for whatever He puts in our path. Wherever He sends, we’ll go.
